Client: Practice Manager

Using practice management integration first requires it to be enabled by a RadiusCore Administrator. See Practice Manager Integration

RadiusCore utilises practice manager integration to seamlessly synchronise required client information. To link a workpaper directly to your Practice Management software:

  1. Client Name:
    1. Enter a search term for Client Name
    2. Press the Enter key or click the search symbol to return search results from your Practice Management system.
    3. Select the desired client from the returned search results using the drop-down list.
  2. Job: (Optional)
    Tip: If only one job exists, it will be automatically selected.
    1. Select a Job using the drop-down list.
    2. To manually load (or reload) jobs, press the refresh symbol.
  3. Workpaper Periods:
    Tip: If you selected a job, RadiusCore will attempt to auto-detect the financial year using the job's name.
    1. Select the appropriate financial year-end using the drop-down list.
    2. Workpaper periods can be customised by selecting the pencil icon.
  4. Select Next to proceed to the next step in workpaper setup.
