Folder Write/ Permission Error

If you are seeing an error message during the installation due to a permissions error, please try manually creating the required install directories by following the steps below.

1. Close the RadiusCore installer (if it is still open).

2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local.

3. Create a new folder and name it RadiusCore.

4. Verify you now have the following folder path available:

   • C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\RadiusCore

5. Run the RadiusCore installer to complete app installation (see App Installation).
