If you are seeing an error message during the installation due to a permissions error, please try manually creating the required install directories by following the steps below.
Close the RadiusCore installer (if it is still open).
Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local.
Create a new folder and name it RadiusCore.
Go into the folder created in step 3, and create another new folder named www.
Verify you now have the following folder paths available:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\RadiusCoreC:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\RadiusCore\www
